Jeff Ehret is the Director of New Business Ventures for Moog Inc’s internal startup focused on autonomous and electrified construction vehicle platforms.  His role has him leading acquisitions & investments,  strategic partnerships and new business scouting.   Jeff holds Master’s Degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Wright State University and St Bonaventure University respectively.   

He began is career as a Captain in the United States Air Force working as a developmental engineer at the Air Force Research Lab.   Following active duty, he settled in Hamburg and began a 20 yr career focused on business development and technology strategy with positions at Cobham in Orchard Park and more recently at Moog, where he has spent the last 4 yrs working various growth and innovation initiatives in key business growth markets.   Jeff has also served as a mentor at 43N and has also been Managing Director of a Moog joint venture business that was focused on last mile package delivery via autonomous drone aircraft.
