Keith Wesolowski

Keith R. Wesolowski, Esq., a native of Buffalo, New York, is an attorney licensed to practice law in New York; Tennessee; District of Columbia; and before the Sovereign Courts of the Seneca Nation. Mr. Wesolowski earned his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University (Economics and Philosophy double-major) and his Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary School of Law.


Mr. Wesolowski’s current practice focuses on closely-held small and micro-businesses. He regularly assists entrepreneurs who seek a counsel fluent in sophisticated transactions and sympathetic to business challenges (he also owned a retail business). Mr. Wesolowski’s areas of practice include start-ups, business  formation/incorporation, corporate governance and compliance, contracts, franchise law, mergers and acquisitions, residential and commercial real estate, commercial litigation, and business succession planning. He also assists clients with wills, trusts, and other estate planning matters.


Mr. Wesolowski is active in the Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce and served on its Board of Directors for seven years, including a stint as Chair of the Board. He served on the Board of Directors of the Hamburg Natural History Society (aka, the Penn-Dixie Fossil Park and Nature Reserve). Mr. Wesolowski also teaches Business Law as an Adjunct Professor at D’Youville College in their Business Department.
